Rí Rá in the Community
Perfect Pint Contest
Garrett Larkin, our longest serving bar-tender, won Atlanta’s much coveted 10th annual Perfect Pint Contest trophy. Each year Atlanta plays host to the Annual Perfect Pint Contest to see who pours the best pint of the black stuff in Atlanta.
St. Baldrick’s Day
We are proud to be hosts for the third year running of this wonderful charity that endeavors to battle childhood cancer. Since our first event in 2010, we've had over 400 shavees raise nearly $206,000 for St. Baldrick's.
As a result, the foundation has funded additional Fellows and Doctors here in Atlanta -- which means there are more people saving the lives of children suffering from cancer. Our event last year was one of the largest in the country and expects to be similar again this year.
Atlanta renegades RFC
The Atlanta Renegades Rugby Football Club has become established as one of the premier men's rugby clubs in the Southern United States.
Established in 1971, the Renegades' first squad competes in Division 1 USA Rugby South and concluded the 2008-2009 season ranked 4th in the country in the USA Rugby National Championships, and in 2006 finished 7th in the country.
Clan na nGael
The promotion of the Gaelic culture is an import facet of Rí Rá - Atlanta. As a sponsor of Clan na nGael, Atlanta’s premiere GAA (Gaelic Athletic Association) club we feel that we are contributing to establish a community where people can come together in a supportive environment to learn about Irish culture and heritage.
Each year around Fall time we host the “Annual Rí Rá Charity Golf Tournament” in aid of Camp Twin Lakes Children’s charity. Camp Twin Lakes is a network of camps in Georgia providing programs for children with serious illnesses, disabilities and other challenges.
