At a certain time of night in Dublin you’ll hear a familiar call wherever you are, “who’s going to the Chipper?” The Chipper, or fish and chip shop, is by now an Irish institution and one we’re glad to share. Nothing, it seems,
is as perfect a compliment to a cold drink as steaming hot fish and chips. We take freshly caught North Atlantic Haddock and fry it in a crisp lager batter then serve with hand cut chips, tartar sauce, a wedge of lemon and plenty of salt and vinegar.

They say that there’s ‘eating and drinking’ in a pint of Guinness. That’s all well and good, but some of us are partial to a good square meal to satisfy our appetite.
Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner we’ll make sure you get your ‘three squares’ a day.

1959 Dinner
In 1959, Guinness Stout was introduced to the world in draught format. Thus began the tradition of pouring “the perfect pint”.
